For the bicycle panniers, I deliberately choose Clarijs. Their craftsmanship, sustainable materials and European production perfectly reflect what matters to me: quality, care and a love for the creative process.
Beautiful and practical
A beautiful bicycle pannier should, of course, also be a pleasure to use. That is why my bags are made from sturdy, water-repellent PVC fabric that is easy to clean.
The side flaps help keep the rain out, and hook-and-loop straps make it easy to attach the pannier to your bike rack. If any water does get in, it can drain through a small hole at the bottom. The bag also has a ring you can thread a small lock through to secure it further.
So, along with a little piece of art, you take plenty of everyday practicality with you.

Because, honestly… a loaf of bread, a bunch of flowers or an unexpected adventure would surely much rather travel in a work of art than in a boring bicycle pannier.
